About this role
As Digital Copywriter, you will be responsible for writing conversion-optimised short form copy for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages and the TRACC and CCi websites. In addition to copywriting, you will also proofread and edit copy as required. Working with the Senior Copywriter and Head of Content you will use your copywriting, SEO and social media skills to bring our key messages to life and convert prospects into leads. Tasks require creativity, a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines working within a collaborative high-performance team.
With this in mind, you will make an impact from day one by:
Working with Head of Content and Senior Copywriter to interpret campaign briefs and produce original, clear and credible content that delivers to campaign objectives
Developing a deep understanding of target personas
Driving lead generation with customised emails and landing pages for digital campaigns and product launches
Writing compelling website copy that clearly communicates marketing messaging and aligns with search intent
Copywriting and optimisation of web content to support best practice demand generation strategies
Curating existing content from case studies, thought leadership articles and product content for different personas and applications, (including social media platforms)
Staying abreast of SEO best practice and ensuring web copy produced meets these requirements at all times
Copywriting and optimisation of social media posts and taking an active role in the company’s social media management
Conducting best practice research to ensure that sales collateral is tailored to engage prospects throughout the various stages of the sales process
Editing and proofreading content as required
Following industry trends and pain points to assist with the content strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
OTIF delivery of all content and collateral as required
Maintaining 95% quality on all content produced
Campaign targets achieved
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS
A qualification in English, journalism, copywriting, public relations, or literary/media studies will be advantageous
3+ years’ B2B copywriting experience
Content and social media marketing experience
SEO copywriting experience
