Participate in the planning, implementation and tracking of specific short- and long-term projects to deliver quarterly priorities and longer-term goals.
Plan, design, develop, and deploy high quality, fit for purpose learning assets using instructional design principles.
Apply existing content management, document management and quality standards processes.
Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Supporting regional teams in the development and deployment of learning activities to support business growth.
Source generic content to close generic competency gaps.
Administering user management on Learning Platforms (Looop and LinkedIn Learning)
Provide suggestions/solutions for leveraging the capability of learning platforms to streamline administration, development and deployment processes.
Support Internal and External System Integration projects.
Gather feedback and use learning analytics to evaluate reach, impact and gaps of learning solutions and implement improvements as required.
Provide insights using analytics to support data-driven decision making to inform Talent Management Processes, L&D priorities and deployment methods.
Promoting learning communities to drive collaboration and sharing between team members, leaders, peers and mentors.
Model a growth mindset and being a lifelong learner by being curious and maintaining own professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Relevant qualification in Learning Design/Technical Writing
A minimum of 3-5 years 'experience in Learning and Development
At least 3 years’ experience developing content, planning and implementation
Experience in developing e-learning resources
Functional knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong IT skills, particularly in the MS Office Suite (Word, MS Teams, Powerpoint, SharePoint)
Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using Excel and PowerBi)
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Ability to design and implement effective training and development initiatives
Team player and collaborator
Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
High accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline driven, and able to see tasks through to completion
Able to communicate effectively with people at various levels of the organisation
Flexible in terms of working hours to work across multiple global time zones
Willing to go the extra mile
