CCi is seeking to hire a Regional HR Partner to join our dynamic team in China and Australia. The role will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service to the China and Australia regions across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for strategic and tactical support across all HR practices, ensuring that they cultivate a culture that unlocks greatness and allows people to do the best work of their lives. The role will execute the people strategy and proactively advise on best practice HR, taking a hands-on, customer service orientation and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President, China with a dotted line to the Global HR Director. The Regional HR Partner will work closely with CCi’s HR Partners across North and South America, Europe, ASPAC and South Africa. This full-time, permanent role with flexible working arrangements is based in Shanghai, China and requires limited travel. The growing team comprises around 40 employees and contractors.
