Competitive Capabilities International (CCI) currently has a vacancy available for a Regional Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and multi-skilled team in Europe. This role is a remote / homebased role.

Our Regional Marketing Manager - Europe is a full-time or part-time role (30 hours per week, which can be worked over 4 or 5 days). We are keen to work around the successful applicants life commitments - work-life balance is important to us at CCi, over half of the team in Europe are already working part time. This is a permanent and remote / home-based position that requires limited travel with flexible working arrangements. Location ideally in Manchester, South East England or Central Scotland but can be based anywhere in the UK. The Europe team comprises 10 employees and 50 contractors.
CCI is seeking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK with the opportunity to work with an Exceptional People Leader. The role will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive marketing service to the Europe region across multiple locations and languages. The Regional Marketing Manager’s primary role is to develop and deliver a marketing strategy for the region with strong links to the central marketing strategy and brand positioning. The role is focused on educating, generating enthusiasm, and facilitating new relationships, both internally and externally. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying regional growth opportunities within both new and existing clients and partnering with consultants to develop new value propositions to address market needs. This unique role requires both marketing and sales expertise, working in diverse corporate cultures. Fluency in use of Saleforce and lead generation tools is an integral part of the role as is knowledge of current social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities include:
Working with Central Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop regional marketing strategy in order to achieve local and global business objectives
Working with Central Marketing to plan and execute local TRACC Brand Marketing strategy and activities to drive positive exposure and reputation of the brand – including campaigns and events
Manage and strategically plan the Regional marketing budget to ensure the sales and marketing function are joined in approach and resources
Identifying, nurturing, and qualifying prospective buyers of our products and services
Developing concise, complete and compelling marketing messages
Creating meaningful connections with our target audience through creative and engaging content development and social/email marketing.
Empower the Sales team by assisting the Inside Sales approach, BANT qualify and identify first value hypothesis of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Supporting the sales process with proposals, presentations, competitor research and resource information
Grow brand/product awareness in region within key verticals/markets to position CCi and TRACC as an attractive player in the market
Local website management - including content updates, maintenance, site visitor monitoring, and monthly reporting
Local SEO marketing - planning, execution, data analysis and optimisation of campaigns
Local social media management - planning, execution, data analysis and optimisation of campaigns
Liaise with local consultants and Central Marketing to provide high quality articles, case studies and content for use in local campaigns and social channels
Work with Central Marketing to ensure high-quality regional Marketing Collateral
Provide support in effective translation QC of regional campaigns from Marketing Central
Support efforts and/or gain client agreement for press releases, references and testimonials
Marketing and Communications Degree or Diploma
5 + Years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role preferably within a multi-national company ideally from Supply Chain Excellence, Change Management and/or Consultancy background
Demonstrated ability to guide and positively drive small business brand awareness in the UK and Europe
Strong experience with B2B communication, industry/client research, campaign planning, execution and efficacy reporting
Proven experience with event management / project management
Ability to deliver actionable insights from data
Effective communication at different levels within the organisation
Strong and strategic client relationship building skills
Presentation skills delivery at a high level
Proficient in English and relevant local language
Understand general business management principles
Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
Marketing Automation, CRM systems, Analytics tools (Pardot, Salesforce, Google analytics)
A leader in driving social media, search tools and platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills and self awareness
